Developed to give you safe, easy access to your scanned documents, this product is exclusive to ScanSouth. With SD₂ technology critical data fields are extracted from the documents to be scanned. While these documents are digitally created, the information from the data fields is compiled into a custom search engine. The SD₂ package allows you to securely access and print your archived files.

SD₂ secures your documents in several ways. While the process of converting hard copy documents into digital files will protect your documents against fire, theft, water damage, tampering, misplacement, and deterioration due to age, SD₂ adds the ability to quickly retrieve these documents. The SD₂ package can be password restricted for complete lock-out. In addition, individual records can be password protected to further limit access.
